Delivery & Shipping

We are a small business based in Singapore, and for the moment we do not take international orders.

Every item is freshly made upon order. We seek your understanding in the event of a delay due to the handmade process.

Order Processing
Once you’ve placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Your orders will be processed within 3-7 working days. 

Delivery & Logistics

For all Singapore orders S$65 and above, we offer: Free Courier Delivery.

For all orders below $65, the following shipping rates apply: Standard Courier Delivery—$5

For Delivery, they would typically have the order delivered to you within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Do expect up to 7-9 working days to receive your order during festive and peak periods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick-up or a second delivery attempt with the respective courier service if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Habitudes by Noush will not be held liable should the delivery attempt(s) was unsuccessful. In which case, fret not. Refunds & Returns 

My purchased item is damaged.

We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. Notify us at hello@habitudesbynoush.com with pictures of the damaged items, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Products may be exchanged within 7 days following the date of delivery. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. 

How can I return an order?

We’re currently unable to allow returns due to the nature of our products. Hence, all orders are final and ineligible for returns. If you’ve encountered issues using our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can advise you further. 

If you have received a different/defective item, do notify us immediately at hello@habitudesbynoush.com, and we will try to make things right.
