Delivery is free on orders of S$60 and above. Below that, it is a flat S$5.

Everything is made in small batches, so we take 5–7 working days to prepare your order. Delivery then takes about 3–4 working days, so please allow 8–11 working days in total.

Yes. Nothing we make is tested on animals, at any stage.

Botanical oils, extracts and flower infusions. No drying alcohol and no sulphates. Every product page lists its full ingredients.

Anything made with water needs protecting from bacteria and mould. We add a gentle, cosmetic-grade preservative at a carefully measured level, so your mist stays safe and fresh to the last drop. No drying alcohol, no sulphates, nothing harsh.

Yes. All our products are notified to Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA), as required for cosmetic products sold in Singapore.

The Hair + Scalp Tonic and the Hair Mist. The Hair Oil is a wash-out treatment, so we suggest it before wash day or overnight.

The oils are slow-heated with dried flowers and herbs. The colour is what the flowers and herbs leave behind. Nothing is added to make it pink.

Keep it away from water and direct sunlight. To clean it, dip a little cotton in any hair oil and rub it over the comb, then wipe with a cotton cloth, including between the teeth.

With any new product, we suggest trying a small amount on your skin first, especially if your skin is sensitive.

Massage it into the scalp and lengths and leave it on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. Then wash it out with shampoo.

Yes. It is made with lightweight oils such as fractionated coconut and jojoba oil, so it is comfortable to leave on overnight. If you sleep with the air-con or a fan on, wrap your hair in a soft towel or scarf to keep your head warm, and wash the oil out with shampoo in the morning.

Two to three times a week, for at least 30 minutes each time, or 1–2 hours if you have time. Adjust the frequency according to your hair and scalp needs. Just wash the oil out thoroughly each time so your scalp stays fresh. Oiling regularly does more than oiling rarely for very long stretches.

It is a lovely part of caring for your hair, but it is only one part. Diet, water, sleep, stress, exercise, your environment and your genes all shape how your hair looks and feels. Look after those alongside your oiling ritual and the oil can do its best work.

It is optional. Warm oil spreads more easily and feels comforting on the scalp. To warm it, stand the closed bottle in a cup of warm water for a few minutes. Never microwave it. If you are short on time, use it straight from the bottle.
